"Two large pepperoni pizzas, please. Yeah, it's me." He said with a smile. "Delivery, uh huh. 'Kay. See ya soon, Adam."
He hung up the phone, smiling and shaking his head.

"You weren't kidding when you said you were hungry," said Adri, laughing at the fact that he ordered two large pizzas just for the two of them.

"Well, I figured you could just take the rest of yours home. Seeing as you definitely won't be able to eat it all tonight."
He checked his watch, figuring out what time Adam would get here.
"How 'bout a movie?" He had a pretty good collection if he did say so himself.

"Thanks," smiled Adri before following him to look at his DVD collection. "A movie sounds great. What are you in the mood for?"

Adri's eyes scanned the DVDs Teddy had on display. She pointed her finger at each one as she looked through them, carefully taking her time. "Got it!" she said, taking the DVD from the shelf and handing it to Teddy. "Transformers!"

"I had a feeling you'd choose that one." He said with a bright smile. He got up, popped the DVD in, and turned on the television.

"It's a good movie!" said Adri happily as she plopped down on the couch next to Teddy, making sure she wasn't too close.

"Hey, I'm not arguing!" He pressed 'play' once the menu came up and set the remote next to him so as to easily pause the movie when the pizzas came.
Teddy put his arm across the top of the couch, his hand just slightly grazing Adri's shoulder as he did so.

Getting comfortable, Adri put her legs up on the couch, curling them behind her. In the corner of her eye, Adri couldn't help but notice where Teddy's arm was, feeling herself blush slightly once she felt him lightly touch her. Trying to keep her cool, Adri kept her eyes on the screen despite her excitement and nervousness.

A good twenty minutes or so into the movie, Teddy felt it was time to make his move. He had just moved his arm from the top of the couch and was hovering above Adri's shoulders when his doorbell buzzed.
He jumped, startled out of his concentration by the sudden noise. He quickly paused the movie and dashed to the door, reaching into his back pocket for the money.
"Hey, Adam!" He said when he opened the door. "That was quick, thanks." He handed Adam the money and called out his good-bye before closing the door.

Hearing the doorbell, Adri jumped from her seat as well, a bit relieved and upset at the same time. Adri was ready to hand him over the money for the pizza then realized that she paid last time. Putting away her money, Adri followed him at the door, the smell of pizza making her more hungry than before.
"Mmm, pizza," she said, taking one from the box even more he put it down.

"A girl after my own heart." He said playfully, opening his box and taking out a slice. Before he actually took a bite, he put it back in the box.
Teddy went into the kitchen and got out two nice plates for them as well as two cloth napkins. He handed one to Adri, smiling. "M'lady. And what would you like to drink?"

Adri took the napkin from Teddy, trying her best to be 'lady-like' as she took a bite out of her pizza and answer him at the same time. "Coke, please."

Teddy went back into the kitchen and grabbed two cans of Coke and two glasses, putting some ice in each. He filled the glasses almost to the rim and carefully brought them out to the living room.
"Okay. I believe we're ready to start the movie again." He proclaimed as he saw that they had everything they needed.
