Tristan chugged some whiskey and then poured it in his own wound, his whole body shuddered and he tried hard not to scream.
"Fuck," He said and gulped down some more from the bottle.

When Nevada was done she laid back on the couch, exhausted.
She wanted to shake him and make him tell her what happened but didn't know if she could

He slept for awhile, and when he opened his eyes, Nevada was sleeping beside him. He sat up slowly and winced.

Nevada stirred at the movement and looked up at him.
'are you alright?' she asked quietly, reaching out to take his hand.
