"Mhm," she said and snuggled up next to him. She took a sip of her wine. Darcy wandered back in from the kitchen and leapt up onto the couch, he curled up next to Rae.

He took a drink, then kissed her hair, hand patting her thigh gently. "Well, look at us. All domestic and fancy."

"I like it," she kissed his cheek and then took another sip of her wine. "You know, we've never talked about the future. I mean if I'm really moving in here I should think about selling my house."

He wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her close. "You ok, baby..?"

He nodded, kissed her. They were happy now, but the other shoe was bound to drop at some point. He ignored the feeling and kissed her deeper.
