"I know I know and we were fighting anyway I just can't help it," She sighed and then turned in his arms to face him. "It's always been me and him...always and now I've let someone else into my life and I guess I just...I dunno how to feel about it."

He looped his arms around her waist, holding her. "I know...'s like ya said earlier. Ya ain't never noticed anybody else, cuz ya never thought to." He looked down at her. "But I'm here now...if ya want me..."

"You wouldn't still be here if I didn't want you. I'll worry about Spot when he gets out..." She sighed heavily and then kissed his cheek. She reached for her beer and took a sip.

He nodded at her, then smiled a little boyishly and moved to put the noodles in the now boiling water for her. "Can't cook much, but I know how ta do this."

"I was gonna say, if you don't know how to make mac and cheese I was going to be really disturbed." She laughed. Raven reached down to the floor for her top and pulled it on over her head.

He sent her a dramatic pout. "Aw, now why'd ya have ta go and do that? I ain't got one on." He gestured at his own naked torso.

He kissed her back, grinning broadly. "Which is exactly why ya shouldn't have a shirt on. Yer makin' me suffer, hidin' those beauties from me." He sent her a wink, then moved the pot to the sink, draining it before puttng itback on the stove and adding the cheese. "You got any milk and butter?"

He grinned at her, then finished making the mac and cheese. He took a spoonful of it and held it out to her. "Here. Good?"

Raven took the offered serving, chewed and swallowed. "Delicious. Get some bowls and forks for us," She pointed to where they were in the cabinet. She grabbed the pot of Mac and Cheese and their beers and walked to the kitchen table.

He did what he was told, then joined her, sitting down to eat. He gave her a charming smile. "Well, this is awful domestic of us."

He shrugged a little as they began to eat. "It's nice, though, right? Can't imagine screamin' at somebody all the time is a whole lotta fun." Fights between Rae and Spot were notorious. Moonshine could get into it when he had to, but mostly he liked when things were easy.
