Tristan held her tight, yawned and closed his eyes. He was actually not looking forward to tomorrow, but he couldn't keep putting it off.

Nevada fell asleep quickly and woke up before the kids, stretching and yawning as she got out of bed. She looked down at the still sleeping Tristan and smiled before going out in the kitchen to make coffee.

Nevada had kissed Tristan goodbye and was now journeying with Mikey and Lucy over to see Rae.
Mikey was practically skipping the whole way there, as he was excited to see his friend twice in a week.
When Nevada got there she knocked a few times before turning to shush Mikey and Lucy who got louder once they were at the door.

"Sean Conlon, if you hit your brother one more time I am going to spank you so hard you won't be able to move for a month!" Raven screamed.
"BUT MAAAAA!" Sean bellowed back, Patrick glared at his brother.
"I hate you," he said and crossed his arms.
Raven took a deep breath and then let it out slowly. "Today will be the day I kill my children..."
She heard the knock on the door and pointed at the boys. "Don't move, stay right there while I get the door."
Sean smirked at his mother, "Kay ma..." Raven raised an eyebrow at him and went over to the door answering it.
"Nevada hey! Hi kids," She rested her hands on her hips and smiled at them.
"MA! He pinched me!" Patrick squealed before turning and punching his brother.
"OW! MA!" Sean said grabbed his arm immediately and glared.
"You deserved it!" Raven yelled back. "You sure you wanna come in?"

Nevada swallowed, realizing how thankful she was her kids didn't behave that way.
'hey Rae tough day?' she asked, watching as Mikey and Lucy ran in to greet their friends.

"You have no idea, they don't wanna listen today for nothing. Spot's gonna hear it when he gets home," Raven said a little loudly and Sean laughed nervously.
Raven waited for Nevada to step inside and then shut the door.
"Play nice!" Raven said to the kids as they ran into the boys' room. She entered the kitchen and immediately put some coffee on.
She leaned back against the kitchen counter. "So how's things?"

Nevada shrugged, she wanted to gush about how happy she was but was wondering if this wasn't the time. She still didnt know what was going with Rae.
'things are pretty good,' Nevada settled on, 'what about you?' Nevada asked, hoping she wouldn't have to pry the information out of Rae.

"Things are okay..." Raven said with a shrug. "I know why you're here, cause Tristan told you something was up." She smirked. "I'm okay, well I will be...just, ya know...I thought..." She sighed heavily. "God this is so hard." She bit her lip and looked down at the floor. "I miscarried...again, Nevada. I can't take this shit anymore."

Nevada looked down and fiddled nervously with her skirt. She was never good with comforting words or gestures unless it was her children. She was also glad she hadn't opened her mouth about her pregnancy.
'Oh Rae....I'm so sorry,' she said softly, 'how are you doing? Is there anything I can do?'

"Nah," She waved her off. "It's okay...I'll be sad for a little while and then everything'll go back to normal." Raven filled a mug with coffee for Nevada, filled one up for herself. She set Nevada's mug down in front of her and then sat across from her.
"Though if you really wanted to do something you could take my two demon children away for twenty minutes. They're so bad." She started to laugh, "This morning Sean covered the bathroom mirror with shaving cream...Spot was furious."

Nevada took a sip from her coffee and shook her head as Rae told her about the shaving cream. 'you should sneak some whiskey into their apple juice,' Nevada suggested with a smirk, 'it'll make them sleepy,' she laughed, shaking her head. 'just sometimes you need a quiet moment,' she said, relaxing in her chair and crossing her arms.
'I'm really sorry though,' Nevada added, 'hows Spot doing?'
