Nevada chuckled, "Yes Lucy...do stop," She said, narrowing her eyes at Lucy. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Mikey stick his tongue out at Lucy. Nevada smiled and shook her head.
"Could you fill me up some please, love?" Nevada asked, handing Tristan her bowl.

"Course," he leaned over and kissed her then filled up her bowl. He sat down and scooped some stew into his mouth.
Lucy pouted while she ate her stew and Mikey grinned happily.
"Babe, tomorrow I might be gone all day. I got a meeting with Alex and then a fight." He said to Nevada before taking a sip of his beer.

Nevada pursed her lips as she looked at him, "What is this meeting about?" She asked. Nevada didn't even bother asking about the fight, she hated that he did it, but at the same time, it brought in money for them. She liked to pretend it didn't exist.

"No idea yet, he just wants to see me but I doubt its for a sweet father son chat." Tristan said.
"Granpa Alex ain't 'xactly snuggly." Mikey said.

Nevada sighed loudly, not exactly liking the sounds of it. Yes, Alex was Tristan's father but he still wasn't someone to be trusted in her eyes.
"Be careful....and if he asks you to do anything big or you feel I may disagree with you damn well better confer with me," Nevada said.
Lucy gasped, "MOMMY YOU CURSED!"

Mikey started giggling, "barely."
"I know babe, don't worry," he smirked at her and then popped a piece of beef in his mouth. When it came to his father Tristan always kept himself on his toes.

"Remember....you do something I don't like and I punch the sh.....hell out of you." Nevada said, correcting herself when she saw Mikey's eye's widen and Lucy's mouth open wide at her almost curse.
"OOOOOO Mom's punched you before Dad?" Mikey asked, suddenly very interested.
"No Mom would never do that!" Lucy said, looking to Nevada hoping she would confirm her thoughts.

"No, course not," Tristan said with a laugh. "Mom just likes to make sure I know that she could if I stepped out of line. Mikey take notes, your wife will do the same thing one day."

Lucy nodded seriously.

"Yeah, then after that I should be home, so around dinner time." He shrugged.
Mikey looked between his parents thoughfully. "So...if I get threatened by a girl I like I should pretend to listen to her and then do what I want?"

Nevada's eyes widened at Mikey's question, 'No!' Nevada said immediately, running a hand over her face, 'any advice Tristan?' Nevada asked from under her hand.

Mikey nodded, "After we gets ice cream can I go play with Sean?"

Nevada sighed and shrugged, she supposed if he wanted to he could.
'I suppose...though your father will make the final decision. Though, Mikey, who said we were getting ice cream? We haven't quite decided yet have we?' she said, a tiny smile at the corner of her mouth.
'awww mom pleaaaaaase!' Mikey said, sliding down in his seat.
'ya mom!!' Lucy begged, 'we've been REAL good!'

"I dunno guys..." Tristan said with a smirk. Then they two of them started pouting at him and he rolled his eyes.
"It's that serious huh?" They both nodded.
"Fine, you can have ice cream."

Nevada laughed as her kids cheered, 'okay you two, finish your stew-it'll be icy soon if you don't finish it....once everyone's done we will go get ice cream,' Nevada said. She shook her head as she watched them slurp it down lightning fast.
'DONE!' Mikey said triumphantly, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.
