"Well ya know classic debauchery, vaudville, drinking, gambling, more drinking." He smiled. "Some of the guys are probably down at Irving hall right now."

"Irving Hall? Sounds like a place that might have some decent booze and gals." He flashed a cheeky grin. "Any chance ya might be headed that way?"

"I was uh...kind of avoidin it, but what the hell." Jack shrugged. "Let's go, I'll introduce you to the guys."

Moonshine arched a brow. "Avoidin' it? Plannin' on gettin' into trouble or somethin'?" He smirked and moved to the door that led back inside. "'Preciate you introducin' me, though. 'Bout time I made some acquaintances."

"I agree," Jack smiled and then shrugged, "uh girl problems. She lives there so..."

Moonshine let out a low whistle. "Girl problems are the worst kinda problem." He looked over and smirked. "So, who is she?"

"Her names Stagey and well I guess I thought she was really the girl for me and then it just never really got started...I still like her though." He sighed. "I can't figure these girls out."

Moonshine gave him a sympathetic slap on the back. "Who can? If they weren't so damn pretty and soft, I might give 'em up altogether. But I know where yer comin' from. Ya never can tell how they're gonna respond to ya. Just gotta go for it and try yer luck." He half smirked, half grinned. "Probably why I get slapped more times than not."

"For the most part yeah, I'd stick with the Manhattan girls though." Jack warned him. He'd never had any luck with the Brooklyn girls, ever.

"Fair enough." He grinned again, looping his arm around Jack's shoulders. "Ya know, Cowboy, I think we're gonna get along mighty fine. And since I know you're kinda caught up in this Stagey girl, I promise to keep my mitts off if ya help me find myself a girl that won't work me over too bad. Maybe I'll even help ya deal with your little gal problem, too."

He grinned wide, dimples showing. "See, now, I knew I liked ya." He gave a shrug. "Who knows, maybe you'll find yerself a new girl to cuddle up with. Never hurt a guy to get a change of proverbial scenery."

Jack laughed again, "You got a point. I don't know why I let myself get like this."
