[Tag Along]

Tag was led to the room by a smiling receptionist, and when she opened the door, Tag smiled, as well. She walked serenely over to Specs, holding her hands out for him.

[Specs]

Specs stopped walking mid-step as he caught a glance of Tag. He almost tripped over his own shoes from staring at her if he hadn't held onto her hands fast enough.

"Lillian," he smiled, kissing her cheek and lingering for a few seconds. "You look absolutely beautiful."

[Tag Along]

"And you look more handsome than usual," she replied, whispering. The room was so quiet, she felt awkward talking at a normal volume. Then, the judge came in, smiling, as well.

Tag reached into a hidden pocket of her dress and got out the small black box containing her parents' wedding rings. They were the only things she had of theirs, and it just felt right to use them for her own wedding.

[Specs]

"Good afternoon," smiled the judge as he motioned them to stand in front of him. Specs gently held onto Lillian's hands the whole time, unable to keep his eyes off of her. He was shaking from nervousness and hoped that it wasn't too noticeable. It wasn't until the judge announced that they should do their vows that he felt his heart drop.

[Tag Along]

Tag squeezed his hands as he spoke, his voice a bit shaky. She smiled at him brightly once he'd finished, then she repeated them. For some reason, she was calm, happy. She wasn't nervous at all.

[Specs]

Specs felt his worries disappear as he looked at Tag's face. He'd never seen her this happy and calm before, and he was glad he could, at least, do that for her. Once their rings were in place, the judge smiled at the couple and their friends.

"And I am glad to announce, Mr. and Mrs. Lane!"

Tag immediately pulled Specs to her and kissed him, unable to stop smiling.

[Specs]

Specs smiled against her lips, returning her kiss before pulling her in for a tight hug. They were married! It still hadn't sunk in yet he couldn't help but feel elated.

After the ceremony, the receptionist took a complementary photo of them on the courthouse steps. Tag was already thinking of where she could buy a frame to place the picture on the fireplace mantle. Then, Kathryn insisted on hosting a reception at her father's house. There was delicious food, lots of laughter, and teasing as to when Kathryn was going to get married...

A couple of hours had passed when Tag practically cornered Specs in a deserted passage. "Can we get out of here?"

[Specs]

"Of course," laughed Specs, nodding. "I've been wondering when we could make an exit."

[Tag Along]

Tag just smiled, taking his hand and sneaking out the front door. They hailed a carriage taxi, Tag supplying the driver with her address. Once they were moving, she settled back into the seat, clasping Specs' hand.

[Specs]

Specs held out his hand for Tag as they exited the carriage, already feeling quite anxious as they made their way upstairs. He loved his wedding with Tag but, at the same time, he was itching to spend time with her and only her. Once they were inside, he pulled her towards him, his hand around her waist as he kissed her deeply.

Tag let out a very happy sounding moan, smiling slightly into his kiss. She framed his face, gradually stepping toward the their bedroom.

Specs followed her towards the bedroom, slowly removing his jacket as lips continued to kiss Lillian's skin. "You looked beautiful today, Mrs. Lane," mumbled Ryan as he showered her neck with kisses.

Tag beamed and blushed at the sound of her new name. "Thank you, Mr Lane," she replied, biting her lip. "I really love this dress, I don't know if I ever want to take it off."
