Hallo, lovelies!

So, just FYI, this weekend is my kids' first Speech and Debate tournament, so I will be in and out. I'll have my phone, and I'll try to be on as much as possible (because tournaments are a lot of hurry up and wait...), but in case I'm slow or disappear for a while, you know why.

ALSO, one of my kids is putting together a Thematic Interpretation piece (which is basically a collection of pieces threaded together around a central theme) and she picked "Carpe Diem." So she's talking to me about the pieces she wants to use and says "I googled and found this really cool song from a movie I've never heard of. 'Seize the Day' from Newsies? Do you know it?"

And I about died. I literally squealed and told her to rent it immediately. Yes.
