For a minute, Moonshine's ego swelled at the idea that he was the one able to get her libido going again. He cleared his throat before he said anything stupid. "Well, uh, just so long as ya don't hate me or nothin'..."

He blushed, smiling back at her. "He's a good baby. And you're a good mom, Rae. Don't forget that, okay?" He brushed his thumb along her cheek gently.

He kept his hand against her cheek for a moment, before letting his hand drop to his lap. "So, uh, I guess this was a one time thing, huh?"

Sean started to whine and whimper, squirming. "Oh boy." She got up immediately and lifted him up into her arms. "Okay sweetie," she kissed his cheek and cupped the back of his head, holding him against her shoulder.

Moonshine buttoned up his shirt as he watched her with the baby. It made him a little homesick. And then he started thinking about Rose, and... "Maybe I should get goin'."

"Yeah? Okay..." she said and gave him a half smile. "Moonshine can we still be friends?" She asked with a smile.
Sean nuzzled her arm with his face and she looked down at him. She knew that Sean was exhausted, her baby never wanted to sleep.

He crossed over to her, putting a hand on her lower back, and leaning over her to look at Sean, bringing his free hand up to brush his fingers over his head lightly. "'Course we can, Rae. I like ya. And I meant what I said before. You ever need anything, you just come tell me." He kissed her hair.
