"Uh huh! And I'm going to be a big brother!" he said excitedly, holding onto his dad's neck like he was never going to let go. Rose just watched, rubbing Billy's back as she cried some more.

He sent Rose a grin. "I see that. Pretty excitin' stuff." He leaned down to kiss her again. "Come on. I wanna sit a while." His knee was hurting, though he tried not to show it.

Rose pried Billy away and set him on the ground, taking his hand so Tyler could walk inside with his cane. He asked way too many questions, jumping up and down as they headed into the house. Wilson greeted them when they came inside, immediately sniffing Tyler's shoes.

He chuckled when he saw the floppy-eared pup. "Well, hello there, Wilson." He bent down, letting Wilson lick his fingers, then scratched him behind an ear.

Billy introduced them, then ran upstairs to fetch the new toys he'd gotten since Tyler had been gone. Rose led him into the living room, settling him on the couch. "Do you need anything?" she asked, trying not to smile too widely.

"You. I need you." He grabbed her around the waist, pulling her onto his lap, kissing her. Then me bent his head to kiss her small bump. "We really havin' a baby, Rosie?"

"It would appear so," she replied, nuzzling him and kissing his ear. "You should see Billy, he's so excited. He tries to take care of me."

He nudged his nose against her belly, kissing it. "He's a good boy. My boy." He kissed his way up from her belly to her chest to her neck, then finally kissed her lips.

She kissed him hard, her hands cradling his face. Then Billy ran in and ruined it all to show Tyler his new toys, climbing up on the couch and sitting on Rose's lap. As he talked, for what seemed like hours, Rose just sat there, combing her fingers through Tyler's hair and occasionally kissing some part of his face.

Tyler laughed and talked with Billy as he excitedly filled his father in on everything that had happened in his absence. And then Billy started to yawn, the excitement of the afternoon wearing him out.
"Come on, buddy. How 'bout you go take a nap, huh? We still got a while before dinner." He hoisted himself off the couch, wincing.

Rose forced him right back down on the couch, gently, of course. "You stay there, I'll take him up," she told him, smacking Billy's butt as he ran off upstairs to take a nap.
A few minutes later, she came back, sitting him next to him on the couch.
((I'm going to the store for a bit, so I'll be back soon!))

She smiled against his lips, kissing him back then moving her lips to his cheek and jaw. "I missed you, too," she said, cuddling up against him.
