She took it gladly, eating it. "Thanks." She pulled her legs up under her on the chair. "So...we're okay now, right?"

She nodded. "Good." She kept eating. When she was done with her sandwich, she leaned back in her chair. "Hey can I ask you somethin'?"

She arched a brow. He had been pretty mad, they way he screamed at her and physically threw her out. "Would--would ya have hit me..?"

She got out of her chair to go over to him, sitting down sideways on his lap, arms looped around his neck. "I'm not gonna cheat on you, Jimmy. I promise."
