God, he was such a good kisser. She brought a hand up to cradle his cheek, thumb brushing over his slight stubble. Her tongue darted out ever so quickly, touching his lips for a hot second before retreating.

He groaned and opened his mouth against hers, deepening the kiss. His fingers rubbed against her hips gently, pulling her closer against his lap.

She sucked on his tongue, pulling at his lower lip as she kissed him. Her hands tangled in his hair, and she had a fleeting thought that she could kiss Tyler for the rest of her life and it would still feel like this.

Just when Rose was about to kiss him even more, kiss him deeper and let more butterflies invade her stomach, her phone rang. She jumped, startled by the sudden noise. She rested her forehead against his, breathing heavily.

Then, in only a matter of seconds, Rose ducked under his arm, put her hands on his back, and pushed him into the lake.

He gave a yelp as he landed on his butt, his whole bottom half wet. Then he gave her a smirk and scrambled up, grabbing hold of her and tossing her over his shoulder as he turned and waded back into the lake.

"No, no, no!" she cried, though the words were only just articulated through her laughter. She scream-laughed as the water began to get higher and closer to her.

She kissed him hard, but pushed him away even harder before pushing back up to the surface. She gasped, sputtering, and in disbelief. "You did it. You actually did it!"
