She tipped her head ever so slightly in a small nod. Of course she had. Ever since she'd seen him without a shirt on yesterday, she hadn't been able to get the image out of her head.

He watched her, then kissed her hair. "Come on. Let's eat dinner. Then I wanna take ya for a walk."

She took a deep breath, trying to gather her courage. She was starving, but a dinner with Tyler's whole family was a bit daunting... She followed him inside all the same.

She of course was welcomed with open arms, and they all sat around the table, laughing and talking and passing food. Tyler sat beside her, sneaking one hand under the table to put it on her thigh.

Which made Rose blush, obviously. But she set her hand on top of his, turning it palm-side up and tracing designs with her finger. It was harder to eat one-handed than one would think.

Tyler kept looking over at her, feeling like dinner couldn't be over fast enough. When everyone was finished, he helped his mom pick up the table, then grabbed a couple blankets from the linen closet. He took Rose's hand, leading her back outside. "Come on."

Rose had to interrupt whatever Bonnie and Mary Alice were trying to explain or ask or something... They were sweet girls, but hopefully they would calm down once they got used to seeing her. Once she and Tyler were outside, she walked close to him, holding his hand tightly. "I like your family."

He laughed. "Well, there's a lot of us. Joe's got another one on the way, and I think Paul's tryin' for another." He shook his head. More kids. Yikes. He held her hand, carrying the blankets in his other arm, as he led her through the yard, towards the edge of the woods.

"Where are we going, hmm? It seems like you're leading me out to the woods to kill me..." She raised an eyebrow as she looked over at him, a smirk playing at her lips.

He smirked back at her, sending her a wink. "Nah, I couldn't do that. Too pretty." He instead led her to a big tree, just at the edge of the woods. Built up in it was a tree house.

He blinked at her. "What? It's just a tree house." He climbed up, setting the blankets down, then leaned over to reach his hand out to help her up.
