"yeah? Do you think she'd like me?" zippy wondered. She saw Sarah today while she was selling, but knew she couldn't go up an day hello. After all, she had no idea who zippy was.

He looked over at her, and smiled. "Zip, they're gonna love you. Sarah and my parents. You're a great girl. They've been bugging me about bringing you home, 'cause they see how happy I've been the last couple a' weeks." He leaned in, kissing her gently.

God he was so sweet. Zippy kissed him back, closing her eyes and deepening the kiss just a bit. "I think I've been happier too. But there's really no one to notice."

"I know. But you are crazy." She replied all the same, finishing off her own glass. "Speaking of my awesomeness, I applied for a job at a couple of bookstores today. Chances I get one are slim since I'm an orphaned girl that lives in a lodging house, but maybe I'll get an interview somewhere."
