Tyler let out a little snort, feeling a light weight on his chest. He woke up slowly, then smiled when he saw Savannah blinking at him wth big blue eyes. "Well, hey there, beautiful."

Savannah smiled and let out a high-pitched scream, which in her language was an overjoyed giggle. Rose rolled off the bed and went into the kitchen to make up a bottle for her, a huge smile plastered on her lips. She couldn't help but be obnoxiously happy this Christmas.

Tyler sat up, playing on the bed with the baby, helping her clap her hands as he bounced her on his lap. "Wanna help me give Mama her present. A' course you do." He held her as he opened his nightstand, taking out a small wrapped box as he waited for Rose to get back.

Rose came back in momentarily, holding out the warm bottle for him. Then she furrowed her brow as she saw a present in his hand. "What's that?" she asked, sitting beside him, crossing her legs Indian-style.

He grinned, trading her the present for the bottle, cradling Savannah in his arm and feeding her. "Open it." Inside was a diamond tennis bracelet that matched the necklace he gave her for her birthday.

Rose's "my heart is melting" expression overtook her features as she gazed at the bracelet. "Oh, Tyler, it's perfect," she said wistfully. "But if we're going to open presents, we should go out by the tree!"

He laughed and got out of bed, carrying the baby and feeding her. "Alright, Sugar. Whatever ya want." He walked out to the living room, sitting on the couch, setting the now empty bottle on te table and turning Savannah onto his shoulder to be burped.

Rose picked up a few of Tyler's presents and handed them to him, taking Savannah in turn. There were still some more for him under the tree, but she didn't want to overload him.

He snorted at the sheer volume of presents as he began to open. "Baby, I think ya went a little overboard."

"I warned you! But I would also like to remind you, you were a very, very good boy this year..."
All in all, Rose gave Tyler a new watch, some sexy Lumberjack plaid flannel shirts, a (very manly) scarf, some gourmet coffee - and Savannah even got him a t-shirt/mug combo that had "World's Best Dad" printed on them. But the coup de grace was a new iPad. Tyler was always mesmerized whenever an iPad commercial came on TV, so Rose got him one. Why not?

Tyler was already itching to play with his new toy. "Baby, ya spent way too much on me! All I got ya was that bracelet. Well. And the ring, I guess."

She furrowed her brow, looking somewhat guilty. "You...didn't check your stocking." Mixed in with some candy and other small odds and ends, there was an envelope. And in the envelope were two tickets to the big NFL game next weekend.

His eyes nearly bulged out of his head. "Rosie!" He scooped her into his arms, baby and all.

She let out a squeal, holding onto Savannah tightly. "I will admit, those were free. We can get them through the company, but usually the head honcho agents always get them. But the guy who did ended up not being able to go. I was the first one to contact him about them. They're on the fifty-yard line..."

He gave her a loud kiss. "God, I love ya. Yer gonna come, right?"
