"What flavor are you gonna get?" Nate asked as they walked up to the counter. He looked up at the menu even though he was fairly certain that he was going to choose chocolate. "I've had almost ever flavor they've got here. Not one of them is bad."

"I think me and Sean can share a chocolate one," She said. Sean practically had his face shoved up against the glass with his hands pressed against it.
"Oh!" Sean said.

"That's what I was going to get, too," He grinned, walking up to the counter. "I think we've found Sean's new favorite place." He looked up at the person behind the counter, ordering two chocolate ice creams.

Rae took one of the chocolate ice cream cones and then handed Nate his. "lemme take him now, he can be messy. The spaghetti experience was a testament to that." She took Sean from him with one arm. Then she took a seat at one of the stools, plopping Sean on her lap.
"Are you ready sweetheart?" she asked him. Sean nodded with a huge smile.

"Spaghetti experience?" Nate asked, his forehead wrinkled. He took a lick from his ice cream cone, grinning as he watched Sean. "I'm guessing it was all over the place?"

"Oh yeah, all over his face." she said with a huge smile. She held the cone in front of Sean's face. "Give it a lick." she said.
Sean eyed it suspiciously. Then he stretched his tongue out and took a lick. A surprised look came over his face and then he smiled. Then he Licked some more.

"At least chocolate isn't as messy as spaghetti," Nate offered with a laugh. He watched Sean take his first licks of ice cream and smiled. Were little kids always cute with everything they did?? "I think he likes it!"

"oh he's loving it!" Rae said as Sean squealed and took a huge lick of ice cream. The ice cream of course ended up all over his face.

"Loving it and messy!" Nate laughed and grabbed a napkin. He reached forward and carefully wiped Sean's face. "There we go, all better."

Sean laughed, "mm," he said and licked his lips.
"Oh boy he's gonna want this all the time now," Rae said with a laugh.

"I think we've created a monster," Nate agreed, wiping Sean's face off again. "A chocolate ice cream-loving monster, to be exact."

"Well, I can understand why," Nate agreed, still amused by Sean's antics. "He gets cuter literally every second."

"Aw Sean you can have more," Rae said trying not to laugh.
