Zippy was shaking, awake. Her blankets were pulled up around her body tightly and she was staring at the window, as if waiting for someone to come to it.

"Shh, it's okay, Erin. I'm here. I'll keep you safe, I swear." He kissed her lightly, but frowned. He was very, very worried about her. He hoped Eli was right -- that whatever he gave her just needed to leave her system.
