He grit his teeth, jaw clenching. "What. The fuck. Is goin' on in here?"

Rose still smiled, holding out her hand. "I didn't get a chance to introduce myself earlier, I'm Rose Howard," she stated, noticing that her heart was beating a bit faster.

He looked at her hand, then frowned at her. "I have a deadline in three weeks. I'm working. Shut up."

"Well, I did warn you," she replied with a warm chuckle. "Why don't you just join us, deadline be damned!"

Tyler growled. "Get them outta here or I'm callin' the cops for a noise complaint." He turned on his heel, storming back to his apartment and slamming the door.

Rose just stood there for a moment, eyes wide. "Wow...okay, then." She knew right then that she wasn't going to give up. Her favorite motto was "Kill Them With Kindness."
She did tell her guests to keep it down, and she was somewhat certain they had. The next morning, however, she decided to make up for it. She brewed some very delicious coffee and poured a mug for him. Once again, she found herself standing at his door, knocking on it.

Tyler was in bed when the knocking started and he growled angrily as he got out of bed, in just his boxers this time. He threw open the door. "Jesus fucking Christ, WHAT?!"

"I made you some coffee," Rose stated, smiling warily and holding onto the mug with both of her hands. "Kind of like a...peace...offering?" Though right now, he didn't look peaceful whatsoever.
((Girl, we didn't have to do this AU thread right away if you have too much on your RP plate!! You must tell me these things! My feelings won't be hurt, I swear!))

((No, I like this one! And now that we're taking a break on Skitts/Script, it's fine Just forgive me if I'm slow )) He stared at her, confused. "I--" he scoffed, waving his hand and turning back into the apartment. But he left the door open for her, anyway.

((Okay, if you're sure...! I mean, I like this one, too, but if you need to take a break, just lemme know!))
She stepped in slowly, looking around for any hidden traps or something. "Sorry if I woke you, I just..." she approached him, holding out the mug. "Made some delicious coffee for breakfast and thought you might like some."

((Will do!))
"I don't do breakfast." Tyler grunted, digging a cigarette out of the pocket of his jeans that were sitting on the floor.

...Right. She set the mug on the kitchen counter and clasped her hands behind her back. "Okay, well, you should at least try the coffee. It's super yummy." She nodded once to herself before turning and heading for the door.
Hey, she'd gotten a step further than last time; she'd actually entered his apartment, and he hadn't yelled at her to get out or anything. That was something!

He sighed, lighting his cigarette. "Stay. Ya don't gotta go." He glanced at her. "You cook? I'm starvin'."

She smiled to herself, then wiped it off before turning on her heel, her sundress twirling around her. "Depends on what you're hungry for," she replied, eyebrows raised. "I can make really good pancakes, but you said you don't do breakfast, so..."

"I do pancakes." He shrugged. "Just usually at two in the mornin'." He smirked at her, dangling his cigarette between his lips and pouring a couple fingers worth of whiskey into a glass. "So, Rose Howard, huh? Yer the one with that damn dog that yaps in the yard."
