Eli glared at Dave. "Hey, I stay out of your relationship, so I'd appreciate it if you stayed out of mine!"
Zippy snorted. "Yeah right. You totally interfere with our relationship. If it wasn't for you, I'd still be in bed and Dave at the bar."

Zippy bit her lip. "Yeah, I think he's kinda afraid of commitment." She glanced back at him and went to go sit on his lap, sighing loudly. "What are we going to do, Dave? We're broke. Should I get a second job?"

She kissed his forehead. "Let's not worry about it for now. I mean, money is kind of tight since Luke moved out. Maybe I should convince Eli to let Trixie move in. Then less of my money will go towards rent and I could start saving....and more hands to help when the baby arrives."
