Pie laughed and shook his head. "Yeah, that sounds like Blink." He looked over at Rose and lifted an eyebrow at her. "And do you really not think your boyfriend won't get mad at a guy who's spent most of the evenin' with you?"

"It's not like he comes storming in here every night and punches all the guys at the bar," she pointed out, pouring a small shot of whiskey for herself. It made her think of the drinking game she played the night she met Tyler. She had taken a drink of whiskey every time he said 'sugar.' She got pretty tipsy.

Pie felt more than a little put-out that she'd just lumped him together with the rest of the sloppy drunks he was currently sharing the bar with. He shrugged his shoulders and put on a smirk. "Whatever, kid. If you think he won't be mad at me, I'd like to meet him. We can commiserate over what an asshole Blink can be."
