"Sapphy from Arizona huh?" He said with a smile, "So how long you been in the city?" He grabbed her a glass of champagne and handed it to her.
"A hot tub sounds like a brilliant idea," She kissed his cheek and smiled. "So you're doing good? I know you are, you're in a good mood."

Flynn was never one to willingly walk into a busy room -- but it was an obvious exception when that room was full of people eager to possibly give him money.
"I am getting money to do what I love," he said rather giddily. "This kicks fucking ass."
"Oh, thank you," she said. "Two months, roughly. So are you from Brooklyn like Rae?"

Raven rolled her eyes and laughed before kissing his cheek again. "You're good that's why."
"I actually grew up right next door to her...boy was she a pain in the ass." Tony said, "but I obviously lived."

Flynn looked genuinely touched. "Thanks, babe," he smiled, locking eyes with her.

"So uh...what else do you like besides ballet?" Tony scratched the back of his neck and smiled.
"You're welcome," Raven said with a smile and kissed him softly on the lips. "Did my painting sell yet?" Her eyes sparkled, she was vain sometimes and thought her painting should be flying off the shelf.

"I've had offers from people not taking it seriously," Flynn tsked. "Everyone loves it though, babe. How could they not?" Flynn always knew when to stroke Raven's ego and when to put her in her place. Tonight he was in a fantastic mood to lecture Raven on the important of modesty and... "Hey! Shrimp cocktails!" He accosted the passing waiter.
"Read, mostly. What about you?"

Raven rolled her eyes and took a cold shrimp from the waiter as well, "You don't have to scream at them, they're supposed to serve you." She said with a laugh.
"Yea?" Tony smiled, "I like to read too actually, but horses are my thing. I love 'em." He shrugged. "Also maybe a little tap dancin..."
"A little!" Raven blurted, of course listening to their conversation. "He is a phenomenal tapper! Amazing!"

"You took classes with Rae or something?" Sapphy smiled despite herself, sort of charmed.
Flynn had no valuable input as he talked with his mouth full of shrimp. He emphasized whatever point he made by kissing Raven on the lips.

Raven laughed against his mouth and then came up chewing. "It's better when it's not prechewed." She managed to say while chuckling. "Why are you a mess tonight? Are you drunk already?" She wiped Flynn's mouth with her finger.
"Yea, maybe..." Tony said and scratched the back of his neck blushing. "before she went all twinkle toes on me though." He was kind of embarrassed to talk about it. "So I heard you're gonna be Aurora! That's amazing, I'll have to come see ya."

"Yea, big mouth told me," He pointed at Rae who was busy trying to quiet her boyfriend who was definietly in a ridiculous state of drunk.
Raven laughed, "Course I told him, it's a big deal." Raven cupped her hand over Flynn's mouth. "Ssh, act like a grown up, you're trying to make money here."

"Grown up. Riiiiight," Flynn looked really serious, steadying himself for a moment before turning to Raven. "Checkbooks. Mortgages. Back pains. Is that grown-up enough for you?"
Sapphy met Flynn and he already knew about her as the girl who got the lead. What about Tony? She smiled, a little uncomfortable.

"Don't get all bashful on me, that's really great," Tony said with a smile. "At least I know the story of this one, Rae made me come to les sulfare something or other and I had no idea what the fuck was going on. There were just girls prancing around with wings."
"That's because he has the attention span of a three year old," Raven said.

"I'm in school right now, to be a teacher" He said with a nod, "for punks like I was I guess." Tony said with a laugh, "seriously though, I want the bad kids cause somebody's gotta help 'em"
"That is a very grown-up decision, Flynn," Raven said and wrapped her arms around him, "Hey...do you think they're hitting it off?" Raven whispered in his ear, standing on tip toe, even in her heels.
