Tristan was sitting on the floor as he tied up Mikey's sneakers, he looked up at him, "so whatcha wanna do today?"

Erin rang the doorbell and Mikey raced to answer it.
"Hey! You're back! With chalk!"
Erin grinned. "yep! Wanna draw on the driveway?" Mikey nodded.

Tristan grinned and headed outside with them. "go," he said with Mikey.
"hey," he said hello to Erin and then sat down on the stoop, lighting a cigarette.

Erin smiled at him as she drew flowers and trees on the driveway with Mikey. The neighbor girl next door came over and drew with Mikey and Erin joined Tristan on the stoop.
She squeezed his knee. "I made dinner for you guys. It's in my car."

Tristan smiled over at him and then looped his arm around her shoulder, "thanks. I was gonna make grilled cheese so I'm sure yours is a lot better."

Erin rolled her eyes. "I really gotta teach you how to cook. I spent three years giving Mikey the perfect diet. It'll all going down the drain now that he's living with you."
