Jimmy followed her, he wasn't going to let her leave angry like this. "Isa, please listen to me. They're all gonna come here and if they found they...they would hurt you again and I can't have that happen. I won't have it happen!" He cared about her too much for that. "Don't be so mad. "Shut up!" she snapped at him, the canvas bag was old it had crossed the atlantic and it was pretty much all she had of her mothers. She put a hand to her forehead, truth was there was a good chance they wouldn't be able to find her if she left now. She was clever but also she let hurt run deep. "You want me to go! Conlon wants me to go! Fine. I'll leave Brooklyn and I won't come back."

She glared at him and ran her hand over her face, realizing she wasn't in any state of dress to leave she grabbed her dress out of the bag and slipped it on over her head. "I knew they were after me! You ever think that maybe since I was born here I have no where else to go! You think I'd stay if I had other options! Well apparently I need to find them now.." and she was fighting with the buttons.

"Isa calm down!" Jimmy yelled at her and then gently grabbed her arms. "I'm gonna find you somewhere to go for a little while. I'm gonna take you somewhere okay?" He said, looking into her eyes. "Please calm down.

She wanted to fight him, she could have yanked out of his grip but she was hurting as it was-- and he was telling her to calm down. She didn't want too she wanted to start swinging but she was struggling with the damn buttons and her dress didn't fit right without her corset. "Where huh? Do you even have another place to go? Would we be here if we had other options!?"

"Are you nuts?!" she asked. "I'm not staying in Manhattan!" Lord knew she didn't mind them but they were softies and she'd hurt someone without meaning to or not. She respected them sure-- but she didn't think Jack would like her as angry and hurt as she was right now. "No, I'm not going to Manhattan no way.... " She kind of liked Jack wasn't like she wanted to rail at him all the time because she hurt and was in a perpetual bad mood recently.

Isa glared at him and looked like she was going to hit him instead she yanked away from him and went to sit by the window. As she walked she struggled with the buttons on her dress-- muttering before she sat down. It still wasn't working well.

She let her hands drop and scowled, everything hurt--- and now she was angry and well, she was being sent away from home. Sure she'd left Brooklyn on her own accord many times but that had been because she'd wanted too she'd never been forced out.

"I won't come back Jimmy.." It was stubborn sure, but she meant it. Her home and they were telling her to leave? For whatever reason it was wrong... but she'd go and not come back. Was she trying to make a point? Maybe--- she didn't think she'd be able to look at any of them.
