Ryan looked at her eyes, knowing that she was sincere. He smiled and kissed her forehead. "I'm sure, then."

"Well, kiss me properly, then!"

[Specs]

Ryan's eyes widened before laughing loudly. "You haven't changed," he smirked, gently touching her cheek before softly kissing her lips.

Lillian returned the kiss with a bit more force, wrapping her arms around Ryan's neck.

She then heard her phone vibrating on the counter, where she'd left it last night. Pulling away very reluctantly from Ryan, she touched her nose to his. "That'll be Chris, my manager."

Grabbing her phone, she answered the call. "Yes, I'm fine. I'm at a friend's house. Mmhm. Right. Well... I'd rather... Not? But, yeah. That's fine. Okay. Bye." Lillian let out a sigh when she hung up.

[Specs]

Ryan suddenly hated her phone. Why did it have to ring just, then? He sighed, running his fingers through his hair and looking at her dejectedly. "I'm guessin' you gotta run?" he said, a bit upset that he wouldn't be able to cook breakfast for her.

[Tag Along]

"Yes." She replied, frowning. "Apparently I'm signing CD's at the mall in a few hours time. But... You're more than welcome to come with..."

[Specs]

Ryan raised his eyebrow at her, a bit speculative. "I'd hate to take the main focus away from our girl," he said, knowing what was going to happen if he were to come with her. "It'll be a media feeding frenzy!"

"Trust me. We don't go in together, and then you just stand with my people and act like you're one of them." Lillian didn't really know if it would work, but it was worth a shot!

"Please?" She stuck out her bottom lip and gave him her puppy dog eyes.

[Specs]

Ryan almost melted right there and then. She knew his weakness and she immediately went for it.

"Now, why'd you have to go and make that face?" said Specs, sighing. He knew a 'no' wasn't in store for this. "Ok, ok, fine... so I'm your bodyguard for the day?" He winked, suddenly having fun with their adventure.

"Oh, I like the sound of that." Lillian said, raising an eyebrow. Just then, she heard a horn honking.

Peeking out the window, she saw a black SUV waiting in the driveway. "So... I guess that's my car. Though, I don't want to know how they knew where I was..."

Lillian was reluctant to go, but she would see Ryan again in an hour or so. That hour seemed to fly by as she was getting her make-up done, changing her clothes, and getting berated by her manager for not telling him where she was earlier. All at the same time.

Before she knew it, she was back at Ryan's house to pick him up. She shot him a text before knocking on his door.

[Specs]

Cellphone in hand, Ryan made his way to the door. He was told to dress in all black, making him definitely feel like a bodyguard. He opened the door and grinned Lillian, a bit hesitant to kiss her right there and then because of the watching eyes from her ride. He had a feeling her manager was going to give him an earful when they had the chance.

"You look beautiful," he smiled, closing the door behind him. "Ready to wow your fans?"

"As always." Lillian replied, smiling back at him. She led him to the car, scooting close to him once he got inside.

"Hello." She said once the door was shut and they were in (relative) privacy.

[Specs]

"Hi," he smiled, putting his arm around her shoulder and giving her a soft kiss. "Thanks for letting this bodyguard sit next to you."

Lillian still wasn't quite used to kissing Ryan, her best childhood friend. But she certainly didn't hate it.

"My pleasure." She replied, kissing him again.

[Specs]

Ryan couldn't help but smile between kisses, incredibly comfortable about her and not caring anymore whether her entourage saw what she was doing. He slowly stopped, knowing that more kisses could lead to trouble. He grinned, pulling back gently. "Now, now, we can't have your makeup getting ruined."
