Zippy was getting bored watching the others play poker, and decided to go get a drink, when she ran into her old friend.
"Raven! How the hell are ya! It's been awhile." Zippy grinned at her while fishing through her pockets for some spare change to order a beer.

Nevada hadnt been paying much attention to the girl Rae was talking to until she heard her name. Nevada glanced up, 'Zippy? Nice to meet ya.' she said with a drunken smile.

Zippy shook her head. "Naw, because even if they have the worst fight in the world, Raven and Spot will end up together. The betting is rigged, we are better off betting on whether or not that one- " Zippy pointed to Tristan, "will take home a waitress, a newsie, or a showgirl. I'm betting newsie, just because most of us newsgirls are already trashed."
((hope you dont mind rae if we say that Tristan and Zippy already had a thing way back when? just for drama?? ))

Nevada was staring daggers at Zippy. Nevada knew of Tristan's reputation but it didn't stop her from being disapproving of it.
'if Tristan thinks of taking home anyone that isn't me I'm putting his balls in a vice.' Nevada said grumpily.
