"You're awfully punctual for a drape," Sapphy commented, not letting go of Racetrack's hand as she stood on the step.

He raised an eyebrow. "We'll, you've got very nice nails for a badass Jailbird who stabs people with shoes."

Sapphy smirked.
"Wanna ditch?" she asked, voice lowering.

His eyebrow climbed, if possible, even higher, but he grinned as he considered the offer. "What would your brother think of that?"

"He don't gotta know," Sapphy smiled, leaning closer to Racetrack to smile right in his face. Besides, Racetrack was the only student at Duane High that had a motorcycle.
((Sorry, I had to, won't happen again!))

"You're probably gonna tell him I kidnapped you." Race's grin widened. He loved taking risks. "What are we waiting for, then? I've got my bike out back."
((I mean, how could there not be a motorcycle?))

Sapphy smirked, following Racetrack close. With her head held high, she walked like jell-o on springs in her literally-maybe-killer heels.
When they arrived to Race's bike, Sapphy wiggled her hips, hiking up her dress to her upper thighs so she could straddle the seat more comfortably.
((Haha points if you know the reference I stole.))

Race made no secret of the fact that he was watching her every move, and that he liked what he saw. Then he climbed onto the bike in front of her, hardly believing he was about to take off with a Jailbird chick. "Where to, m'lady?" ((I don't know it! I'm gonna guess Cry-Baby because I have, appallingly, never seen it, and I've seen/read everything else that's mashed into this thread many times.))

((None of the above! Some Like It Hot!))
Sapphy's hands went to Race's hip and slyly moved up his sides under his leather jacket.
"Somewhere fun," she purred into his ear.

((Ooh, that I haven't seen in years.))
Race grinned wickedly. "You're trying to get me killed, aren't you?" He considered a moment. "I know a place." And he revved up the motorcycle and took off.
((Hmmm, where should they go...?))

((A sock hop? A diner with a jukebox? A bowling alley?))
Sapphy made an excited little noise and curled closely into Race's back. She gently pressed her thighs against his.

((Great, now I have the bowling song from Grease 2 stuck in my head. )) Race pulled up in front of Angela's, the local diner. Everyone hung out there. They might even run into another Jailbird or Rocket who had decided to cut school today, and honestly, it was the danger of that possibility that really attracted Race to this place. Besides, ice cream.

((That's what I was thinking of too!))
"Mmm," Sapphy sighed. "I love their fries and shakes here." She hopped off the bike, showing a flash of her garter before adjusting her skirt again.

Race laughed at her antics. He was pretty sure she wouldn't follow through on all these temptations, but what the hell--they were having fun and taking risks, and it would probably be a day to remember. He chained up the bike and strode into the diner with her at his side, looking around boldly for any familiar faces.

Sapphy didn't bother to look around as she made her way over to The Jailbirds' usual booth. Of course, it was the only red booth by the window.
