Now that I can't stalk the board as much as I want, I need updates to get some of my newsie fix!!

Spot: hurt and pissed off that Raven left him, but isn't going after her because he thinks she's done with him for good

Yay updates!

Race: Still in unrequited love with Sapphy. Trying to find out about her various issues and hopefully help her with them. Also just learned that Tristan is boxing for a shady guy in Five Points, and did his best to talk him out of it. And hanging out with a sad, drunken Spot in the pub.

Wraith: Having hot lesbian sex in the attic. ;D But no one knows she's with Kennedy except Sapphy. And on a totally different note, plotting to murder the third policeman who beat and raped her a year ago (having already taken care of the previous two), in an elaborate plot that also involves Goblin, Ershey, Mush, and Tristan if he agrees to help.

Goblin: Helping his sister with her plot, and investigating the new guy, Risk, who seems a little sketchy. And becoming mortal enemies with Sapphy!

Sapphy: Getting ready to say goodbye to everyone, in a nutshell.

Kennedy: Moved in with newlyweds Tristan and Nevada as a live-in babysitter and having a secret relationship(?) with Wraith.

Kid Blink: Eating a lot and "helping" Tag/Specs.

Copper: Just got back in town, looking for his sister.

Ershey: Happily dating Mush and plotting to get rid of Detective Ericson along with Goblin, Wraith, Mush and Tristan.

Specs: Frolicking with Tag here and there. Occasionally hanging around Blink.

Risk: Just moved into the lodging house, befriended Sapphy and Goblin.

AND why is Sapphy getting ready to say goodbye to everyone?!

Tristan: boxing for my shady man who also happens to be his father but tristan doesn't know, also trying to protect nevada from her crazy dad and will be in on wraiths murder plot.

Rae: healing herself at the manhattan lodging house after having the worst sex she's ever had with Spot in her life. She has no idea where they stand as of now.

Jack: keeping his mouth shut about rae being at duane street, getting drunk with racetrack and desperately trying to pull his foot of his mouth while on a date with stagey.

Tag: Trying very hard not to admit her feelings for Specs as she reads Pride & Prejudice aloud to him every day. Also furious with Blink for eating all her chocolates! RUDE! ALSO curious about Copper - she can't help but feel this ~magical connection with him...

Mush: Falling in love with Ershey (but won't admit it, of course). Also trying not to admit that his stomach hurts something awful after one of Ericson's goons punched it.

Nevada: angry and pregnant in her and Tristans apartment. Also avoiding her father.

Alex: is being a bad guy overall in five points.

Tag and Specs are doing well, though Tag is currently in the infirmary because she's tired and coughing and is so cold!

Mush and Ershey had their first bump in the road because he saw her talking to Risk (and he really hates that guy). But they made up quick quick and snuck into the theater to watch the ballet practice.

And Kathryn... Well, who knows?

Ditto to what Tag said about Specs!

Risk just moved into the lodging house and, so far, everyone doesn't like him too much. He's made a habit of drinking and annoying the heck out of everyone. He got drunk and made out with Raven at Irving Hall. Wraith also found out that he's an undercover cop when she ran into him at the Bronx -- so, he's keeping their Ericson murder secret and getting Goblin out of the refuge via his connections only if she finds his sister (Ershey). Through Copper, Wraith found out that Ershey has an older brother. After Risk's drunk night out with Macbeth (who he's getting quite comfortable with), Wraith tells him that Ershey is his sister. Ershey finds out when he confesses and now she's freaking out.

And yes, Ershey and Mush are having their first fight 'cause of jealous!Mush. Uh ohhh.

So glad you tackled that, Ersh--even before Zippy asked, I was gonna do a big update on the Risk plot because it's becoming the most complicated thing ever. (Love it so much, but...so many twists! ;D)

So yeah, Wraith hates/is terrified of Risk because she hates/is terrified of cops in general, and she's getting ready to break their deal and tell Mush (who also clearly hates Risk) that he's a cop. But she did at least keep part of the deal and tell Risk who his sister is. Also, she's still sleeping with Kennedy and BFF with Tristan, so basically, she's a sweetheart in Brooklyn and a scary Mafia-esque presence in Manhattan. ^_^

Goblin is out of the Refuge thanks to Risk, though I haven't done a happy-reunion thread for him and Wraith yet. Anyone wanna come join me for one so I'm not RPing with myself?

Race and Sapphy are coming closer to sex every day, and Race and Copper are actually drinking together and sort of, kind of attempting to get along. Also, Race promised Ershey he'd talk to Mush about his overprotective ways, which he's planning to do on their triple date, though everyone's currently distracted by the unexpected presence of Kathryn, the mayor's daughter. ;D

Macbeth had a drunken non-date with Risk. Now it's the morning after, and she just found out Risk is Ershey's brother and wasn't so nice to her in childhood. So she's planning to interrogate him and find out why he came looking for Ershey, even though the poor guy is extremely hung over and confused.
