He glanced over at her. "I moved out. If you go back, there's nothing there."

"Don't you dare say that, that's not fair!" She pointed at him, screaming through her tears. "I did that for you...that night when I left, not for me! I knew what was happening between us and I tried to stop it! You couldn't even tell I wasn't ready!" She wiped angrily at her face.
"Look at me!" She cried, "GOD damn it, Look at me!"

spot refused. "you've been fine without me the past few weeks, you'll be fine now. " how the hell was he supposed to know she hadn't been ready? He felt betrayed.

"I wanted to go back ready for us," She said, still crying. "Sometimes you can be so fucking cruel Spot, you know that?" She grabbed his arm. "Don't go, I'm sorry!"

"I'M SORRY! I AM SO SORRY!" She cried out desperately, sobbing harder now, she covered her face, her whole body shaking. "I didn't know how else to do it..." she muttered.

"Fine, go then! What the hell are you still doing here?" Her voice was thick from crying so hard and her eyes were still overflowing. "Are you enjoying this? GET OUT!" She screamed, shoving him backward. She could feel herself breaking into a thousand little pieces. She turned to flee from the room.

"Your dignity? How the hell did I do that? I didn't want a fucking scene Spot! For once I just wanted to go quietly and then to come back when I was ready. This had nothing to do with you," She threw her hands up and looked at the ceiling. "I had to just be alone and I should have told you, but you wouldn't have let me go! I know you wouldn't have, you wouldn't have understood, you still don't!"

"how could you say that! At least I would have known why you left!" he looked at her and grabbed his bag. "what happened to you Rae was fucked up and unfair. What you did to me could have been avoided. We aren't good together anymore." he reached for the door.
"maybe one day we'll both look back on this and know we screwed up. Until then we just gotta move on."

Raven just stared at him the tears falling down her face. "Please..." She pleaded one last time, but she knew it was useless. Raven knew he was going to go, no matter what she did to try and stop him.
"Wait," She said suddenly and held out her hand to stop him. She rushed over to him, stepped around in front of him, she looked up at him and swallowed hard. Raven softly brushed his hair out of his face and smiled sadly before tenderly pressing her lips to his.
"Goodbye, Spot." She whispered into his ear and then stepped back.

Spot reached for her hand and brought it up to his lips. "take care of yourself" he didn't want her to see him cry, he felt his eyes begin to water. He reached for the door and was gone.

Raven watched him leave staring at his back as he went. She immediately broke into a gut wrenching sob, crying painfully.
