"You'll see," said Ershey excitedly as they left the lodging house and made their way out onto the streets. Ershey walked through the crowd, pushing their way as they finally made it to their destination. It was the museum that Mush mentioned that he always wanted to go to. Ershey never had time to bring him here but now with Ericson gone, it was definitely on their to do list.
"Ta-dah!"

Mush smiled like a small child on Christmas morning.
"Really?!"

"You said you always wanted to go," she smiled, gently squeezing his hand.

"But... How're we gonna get in?" He asked her, looking confused. He didn't want to risk sneaking in and setting the bulls after Ershey.

Ershey wanted to save visiting the museum for a special occasion but Mush looked so down that she couldn't help herself. It was the right time and she wanted to see him happy again.
"There was a raffle the other day and I joined in just to see if I'd win," smirked Ershey, reaching into her pocket to show him two tickets. "And I did!"

Mush's eyes widened. He put his arms around Ershey, holding tightly, and spun her around.

Ershey squealed in surprise, holding onto him tightly. Once she was finally on the ground and regained her balance, she gave him a quick kiss on the lips. "I'm glad you like it. I just wanted to see you happy again, that's all."

Mush couldn't keep from blushing. He would have to talk to her about it sooner or later... He felt too bad keeping her in the dark about his feelings.
But that could wait 'till after the museum. He took her hand and led her up the stairs, his heart racing in anticipation.
"You are the best." He said before walking through the huge doors.

Ershey simply smiled, glad to have the happy Mush back. She followed him through the doors, her eyes widening as she looked around the museum. It was definitely a different experience seeing all the exhibits and seeing them up close.
"You were right, this is pretty interestin'," muttered Ershey as she looked around.

Mush was captivated by the dinosaur skeleton.
"Whoa... Glad none of these guys are still roamin' around New York."

"Well, I'm glad they're not here or else we'll be runnin' away from them instead of the bulls," said Ershey, looking at the dinosaur skeleton.

"Yeah. It'd be either the refuge or get eaten..." He'd never been to the refuge, but he was pretty sure he'd rather go there than be eaten by a T-Rex.

Ershey nodded, staying close to Mush as they walked around the museum. She felt a bit out of place in her newsie clothes among the students, professors and visitors that walked around. It was definitely lucky that she had won the tickets for Mush (without doing anything illegal!).
"This place is huge," she muttered as they continued to walk around.

"I could spend all day in here..." He replied as he admired a huge stuffed whale hanging from the ceiling.

Ershey smiled at him. "We could if you want to!" Despite their free tickets, Ershey still managed to figure out how to sneak in and out of the museum without being noticed. It was her initial plan before she came across the raffle.
