Once they were finally back outside, Ershey breathed a sigh of relief. She was glad they hadn't run into anyone. Everyone else probably figured they were there to help backstage.
"Thanks for comin'," smiled Ershey brightly as she hugged him tightly.

Mush hugged her back, rubbing his hand up and down her back. He mumbled something, keeping up the charade that his lips were still zipped and locked. He was kinda corny like that.

Ershey laughed softly, reaching in her pocket to take out the pretend key and placing it on his lips.

"Thanks. I was startin' ta think you hadn't remembered." He winked at her, his smile shining down at her.
