((sure! Also, sorry I only posted once - there's a rugby game on! South Africa is playing in the quarter finals of the World Cup, so I have to watch! It's half-time now.))
Mush sat in a small room in the back of the small church, anxious for the small wedding to start (was there a theme here?). They had invited everyone they knew, but that still hadn't been enough to even fill the place. But that didn't matter. What mattered was he was getting married to the girl of his dreams. The thought kind of made him want to throw up. Then, Blink came inside and told him it was time. He stood up on shaky legs and made his way to the altar, waiting anxiously for Ershey...

((Haha! No worries! Hm, I don't think they'll have a theme -- probably just keep it simple!)) Ershey was fussing over her dress as she stood behind the doors with Risk behind her. She was glad to have him walk down the aisle with her and give her away. She couldn't imagine anyone else doing it for her. "Ready?" asked Risk as he offered her his arm. Ershey let out a breath and nodded. "As ready as I'll ever be." And with that, the doors opened as she took Risk's arm and walked down the aisle, beaming to see Mush at the altar.

Mush's heart stopped; he seriously almost thought for a second he was going to die. He locked eyes with her, even though he could feel them filling up with tears. God, he was such a wimp, but he didn't care.

((Awww, cute! Haha))
Glad that she was holding onto Risk's arm, Ershey felt her knees waver as they walked towards the altar. Her heart dropped as she saw Mush's face. Dammit, if he was going to cry, she was pretty sure she would too!
Risk gently let go of Ershey's arm as they reached the altar. He glanced over at Mush and nodded. "Take care of my sis. Or else I'll come looking for you," he teased.

Mush just nodded, though it was really more of a slight tip of his head. He wasn't in the mood for teasing right now. He held out his shaking hands, taking Ershey's in his and letting out a deep breath. Who knew getting married would be so nervewracking!

Ershey gave Risk a nudge and a look, causing him to playfully wink at her as he took his position near the altar. She gently squeezed Mush's hands and gave him a comforting smile, hoping that his nerves wouldn't get the best of him.
The wedding continued without a hitch. Her nerves, however, immediately kicked in once the priest finally reached the part that she was waiting for, when they would say their "I do's".

It was the shock of the century that Mush actually repeated his vows correctly. He thought for sure he would mess something up. But once he had successfully done that and said "I do," his nerves flew away and he smiled widely over at Ershey.

Ershey squeezed his hands tightly after she said, "I do." She eagerly returned Mush's smile, feeling just as relieved.
"And now, I present to you all, Mr. and Mrs. Meyers!" announced the priest.

The small crowd erupted in cheers and whoops; Mush couldn't stop a small blush from emerging on his cheeks. He just wanted to get the party over with so he could be alone with his wife. Wife. Ha! He had a wife now. But she was the best wife in the world.

Ershey laughed softly as she looked at the crowd of family and friends.
"Is this the part where we kiss?" she whispered, listening to the shouts from the crowd. It was then that she realized that she was married... and that she had a husband!

Mush just chuckled, shaking his head a bit in disbelief. "Yeah," he replied before pulling her to him and kissing her (cue more cheers, especially from the newsboy section).

Ershey smiled against his lips, kissing him in return and pulling back with a chuckle. "C'mon," she smiled, tugging at his hand to walk down the aisle. She was quite excited to go to the party and see all their friends.

For nostaliga's sake, they had decided to have the party at none other than Tibby's. Mush still liked to eat there often, even though he could afford better food. He still loved their hot dogs. He ordered drinks for him and Ershey before taking his seat next to her.

The night was full of laughter, food and music. Even Risk and Macbeth looked as if they were enjoying themselves. Ershey, however, was glad that she was by Mush's side the whole night yet couldn't wait to be simply with him after the party was over.
"How are you?" she asked Mush once the party was finally winding down.

"Almost perfectly happy," he replied, leaning over to kiss her soundly.
