"Well he looks just like him and he makes his facial expressions. He smirks ya know?" Raven smiled thinking about it. "He can also be cranky for no reason...and difficult to read, sometimes I don't know what Sean wants from me." She sighed heavily, "Spot's like that...half the time I can't figure out what he wants or what's going through his head. "

Leo shoveled a mouthful of pasta into his mouth and paused for a moment while he swallowed. "Sounds like you'd rather be out with him," Leo observed, although there was nothing but friendliness in his voice.

"Honestly? I used to throw myself at his feet. I love him, I've always loved him, but after awhile I just got tired of being shit on. When we were supposed to get married and he took off on me that was it. He blew it. I can't keep waiting on him to grow up. I miss him, all the time...but I can't be with somebody I can't count on." She said and then smiled sadly. "So I try not to think about it too much."

Leo frowned, then decided to change the subject. He didn't want to make her think about it more than she wanted to. "So where are you originally from?"

"Italy, Tuscany actually," She said, "it's why I'm so pale." She held up her hands as an example. "What about you?"

"Mexico City," Leo shared, smiling. "To think of the magnitude that is New York City! We wouldn't have met otherwise if it wasn't for it."

Raven laughed, "You're definitely right about that. Mexico City huh? Ain't it hot there?"

"Boiling. And also dirty as hell. Dirtier than New York, if you can believe it," Leo recalled, although he hadn't been there since he was a kid. He just remembered how terrible it sounded. And how he was allways hungry.

"Yeah? Italy wasn't dirty...it was very green and just...beautiful. I still remember the smell of fresh air and what it felt like standing out in the grass with sun on my face..." She smiled. "I miss it sometimes."

"i'd miss that, too. Why'd your parents decide to leave?" Leo asked, thinking about Mexico.

"They didn't, my father sent us here," She said. "What about you?"

"My father took us here. There's no money in Mexico," Leo explained, sipping on his wine.

"That makes sense. My father just didn't want to raise his kids alone," she shrugged.

"Yeah? Then what happened?" Leo asked, swirling his pasta on his plate with his fork.

"Well my mom died and he sent us all her supposedly an aunt was going to let us live with her, but that was bullshit." she said with a shrug.
