"Wha--HEY!" He fought off the onslaught, then grabbed Zippy, tossing her over his shoulder and carrying her to the nearest snowbank, depositing her into it. Then he went after Les, dumping him beside Zippy in the snow.

Zippy laughed, wiping the snow out of her eyes and helping Les up. "C'mon, lets go build a snowman on your roof!"

Les laughed, calling for them all to hurry up.
David smirked, helping Zippy up, taking the opportunity to dust snow off her butt. "See. I'm fun."

"I never said you weren't," Zippy said with a giggle, before colliding the side of his head with a handful of snow and running to catch up with Eli and Les.

David spluttered, then snorted and ran after her, circling his arms around her waist from behind and growling playfully as he kissed her neck.

"Ewwww!" Eli remarked, rolling his eyes as Zippy giggled. "Get a room!" He laughed, and looked down at Les. "What materials do we need for a snowman? I forget...." He winked at Dave and Zip.

Les was practically giddy with excitement. "A hat! Ooh, ooh, and a scarf! And we gotta get a stick or somethin' for his nose, 'cause Mama isn't gonna give up her carrots."
David smirked, continuing to walk behind Zippy, arms around her. He kissed her hair. "When are you moving in with Eli?"

"They are looking for an apartment now. Soon, probably." She glanced down on the side of the road and picked up 3 pebbles. "Here Les! these can be buttons! Or eyes."
Eli looked around too, and picked up a bunch of sticks for arms.

Les took the found objects from them, heading up the fire escape.
David hung back, looking at Zippy. "You sure you don't wanna move in with me?"

Zippy smiled and kissed him. "Keep your family happy and I'll move in with you one day." She wrapped her arms around his torso. "C'mon Dave. This is a great solution. Eli is getting a place around here and I'll live with people I actually know." She squeezed him hard. "You can spend the night with me all the time, while getting an education."

He kissed her again, before leading her up the fire escape to join Les and Eli on the roof, who were already getting started on the snowman.

Eli was already giving Les strict tips about rolling a snowman. "Ya gotta roll the snowball until it is huge." Zippy nodded and grabbed Dave.
"Me and Davey will start on the middle piece." She collected a handful of snow, patting it together carefully.

David helped her, scooping up snow and adding it to their growing ball. "Where are you staying tonight? The LH?"
