"Let's stay. See how far this thing takes us." Once he was sitting, she moved to crawl into his lap, sitting sideways on it, snuggling against him. "I'm cold."

"I'm sorry," Eli muttered, holding her close and began rubbing her arms. "I wish I could have afforded a real ticket for you."

She shook her head. "Wouldna' wanted this any other way, babycakes." She smiled at him, their noses almost touching.

"Tell me something...that no one else knows about you," Eli asked her, beginning to feel warmer. He kissed the side of her face- she was so cold!

She smiled, leaning into his kiss, hand rubbing the arm that was around her middle. "There's lots of things people don't know about me." She paused a second, then, "My real name's Natalie."

"Natalie," Eli repeated, and smiled. "I like that."

She blushed a little. "Well, thanks." She smiled at him, fingers dancing across his forearm gently. "Your turn. Tell me something."

"I'm terrified of growing up. I read this book once, called Peter Pan. I think that's me," Eli shared, frowning.

She was about to make a witty comment when she noticed his frown. She touched her fingers to his cheek gently. "Hey...you okay?"

"Yes," Eli replied, as the train took off again. "I gotta find us a box of cotton," Eli joked, wiggling away from her grasp and lighting the candle. He began opening up more boxes, still only finding food.

She blinked, watching him. "Cotton? What for?"

"To snuggle with! I'm burrrrrrrr cold!" He opened up boxes. "Or...this will work." He pulled out a quilt. "Shit. This isn't cargo. ITS MAIL." Eli pulled out a note inside the box.
"To Stevie, Merry Christmas. Hope you are liking your new house in Miami. Love Aunt Jill"

"Miami, huh? Do you think Stevie would mind if we borrowed his new quilt? Don't think he'll have much use for it in Miami."

Eli handed the quilt to Trixie. "You know what this means, right? This train is going all the way to Miami! We'll be warm as hell there."

She grinned at him, taking the quilt and spreading it out. "We really gonna go all the way to Miami?"
