Trixie dug in, hungrier than she realized. She glanced at Alec from time to time as she ate. God, he was hot.

Once they'd finished their breakfast, Alec waved over the waitress, immediately paying for the bill before Trixie had a chance. He didn't care that it was an official date, she deserved it for... well, she just did.

Alec almost jumped out of his seat once he felt her touch him. He definitely wasn't expecting that. Instead of saying something, he gently squeezed her hand and kept on driving.
