Melody showed up then, completely appalled. One she got over the fact that her parents were there, she heard what he said to her mother. "Michael!" She exclaimed, looking between him and her parents. "You...just called my mother disgusting!" Mel was too taken aback to say anything else.
Erin, on the other hand, turned to her daughter. "We'll talk about this later!"

David nearly growled. "Some 'suitable man' you are." He turned on his daughter. "That really want you want, Melody? A man who turns nasty and violent first chance he gets, who'll talk to a woman that way?! Come on, Erin, we're leaving." He tugged his wife away. "I've about had it with all this."

"and I should just stand for being talked down to just because you hate my father? Just because I don't have money? If I was violent mr. Jacobs you wouldn't be standing." he said.
Mikey turned to Melody, "I'm going home." he announced. "I don't belong here anyways." he headed for the front door

((grreat minds think alike))
A few days later.... Erin walked down the road towards their building, choosing to walk today from the art gallery that she worked at instead of taking a carriage. She tried to clear her head but it only gave her more time to feel more miserable. Melody didn't come back that night everyone ran into each other at the restaurant, but eventually showed up again in their house, although refused to talk to either Erin or David, and only came out of her room to fetch her meals. Erin and David took away her allowance, completely cutting her off financially.
Erin had felt like she lost her daughter. She was determined now to talk to her, to change her mind, to fix everything. She wanted her family to be happy again, especially since the holidays were approaching.

Tristan was waiting for Zippy on the front stoop of their house. He sat calmly on the flat railing smoking a cigarette. His one arm crossed over his body.

Erin froze when she saw Tristan. At first she honestly thought it was Mikey, but there was no mistaking it.
She glared at him as she approached. She knew why he was here, and knew exactly what He was going to say "We're not doing this. No way. Go home."
((remember that they still have that Nevada situation that happens with zippy getting Nevada taken but then she ends up being the one that finds her))

"Bullshit," Tristan said, flicking his cigarette out into the street. "Get in the house. It's time we talked." he said sternly, waiting for her to open the door.
((I know! Probably when Nevada gets back from vacay))

((right. So theres more to their story lol))
Erin just shook her head, praying to God that David wouldn't come home early, and opened up the door, letting him inside. He aged well, but it was probably the wrong thing to say.
"want something to drink?" she asked him casually, hanging up her coat in the closet and clearing her throat, trying not to look at him.

"Nah, I wouldn't wanna put you out too much," he said with a smirk. Tristan took off his own coat and slung it over his arm, he leaned against the wall.

She managed a glance at him. Jesus, he had to leave now. "I'm sorry I yelled at your son." she said, worried he would yell at her for that.
She never ever liked it when Tristan yelled.
