Jacqueline and Sean had been together for years -- over 5. They'd kept it hidden for as long as they could, but they're parents had found them out eventually.
Jimmy spent the last couple of years doing everything imaginable to convince his daughter to drop that "goddamned Conlon brat", but nothing worked.
Jacquie and Sean were getting desperate. Which is why they planned her pregnancy. When she'd found out, they waited unti she was nearly three months along before they ran off for the weekend, going upstate before anyone could stop them. No one knew they were getting married.
And now they were home, standing outside her parents' door.

Sean had his hand resting on her shoulder, he gave it a gently squeeze and then kissed her cheek. "Listen...your father will get over it. He's gotta," He said. He turned and looked into her eyes.
"We ain't kids no more, and I love you. It'll be fine."

Jacquie nodded, chewing on her lip. "You sure your parents are here? They told you they'd be here?" She figured telling them all at once would be easier, like ripping off a bandaid.

"Yeah they're here...that had to be the most awkward dinner of their lives. " Sean said with a grin. "Let's go."
Sean rang the doorbell and instantly regretted it. "Or we could move to Philly?"

"I hear Alaska is lovely six months of the year." She clutched his hand, feeling like she was going to throw up -- and for once it wasn't because of the baby.

Sean looked at her and burst out laughing, "No we're getting a little dramatic."
When the door opened Sean smiled as pleasantly as he could managed when really he wanted to punch Jimmy Connelly in the face. He'd given him a hard time and hated him for no reason all these years. Well now...tough shit, Jimmy was stuck with him forever.
"Jimmy," Sean said. Jimmy narrowed his eyes at him and stepped aside letting them into the house.

Jacquie pulled away from Sean to lean up on her toes, kissing Jimmy's cheek. "Hi, Daddy."
Gypsy was sitting on the couch next to Rae, and arched a brow at her daughter. "Where have you two been?"

"Hey Ma," Sean said and kissed his mother on the cheek. "Mrs. Connelly," He said with a nod.
Raven immediately noticed the look of apprehension in her son's eyes and wondered what the hell they could have pulled now. "Sean..."
"Fine, everything's fine." He blurted. Raven raised an eyebrow at him.
"Hey Sweetheart," Jimmy said and then looked between the young couple. "What the hell is going on here?"

"Um, sit down, Daddy." She guided him into his arm chair, then hurried back to Sean's side, holding his hand as tight as she could. "Now, don't be mad, Daddy, okay..."

Raven's brow rose even higher and she sat up straighter.
"What did you two do?" She asked accusingly. "Please tell me nobody's gonna end up dead. Where's Patrick?"
Sean blinked at his mother, he couldn't blame her for thinking someone could die, things could actually get that bad. He shrugged, "I dunno where Pat is, probably with some girl or fighting somebody, it's Pat."
"What the fuck is going on?" Jimmy said sternly, deciding her wouldn't sit.

Jacquie winced, glancing at her mother, who only gave her a look that might have said 'Hey, it's your mess, spill it.'
She took a breath, then let it all out in one big rush: "IloveSeanawholelotandI'mpregnantand wegotmarriedthisweekend."

"What!?" Jimmy exclaimed standing up. "Tell me you are fucking kidding right now!"
Raven blinked at her son and then covered her mouth with her hand. "oh God..."
Sean glared at Jimmy. "You know what, fuck you! I love your daughter! I been nothing but good to her since we got together and you're an asshole! We had to make sure that she got pregnant before we got married cause we knew that otherwise you'd try and have it annulled! We're married and you're gonna be grandparents, all of you'se so fucking deal with it!"

Jacquie gave Sean a horrified look. "Sean!"
Gypsy stood up, debating whether or not to go to Jimmy, since he looked ready to punch a wall. "Jacqueline...are...are you sure you're pregnant..?"
Jacquie nodded, sniffling. "10 weeks, Mama. We--" she looked back at Jimmy. "Daddy, please..."

Jimmy didn't even hestitate in that moment. He strode over to Sean in two short strides and punched him right in the face. The shock and speed of it sent Sean sprawling to his feet. Sean however, was just as skilled a fighter and only twenty years old.
"YOU SON OF A BITCH!" He kicked Jimmy's legs out from under him which sent Jimmy slamming to the floor.
"holy shit..." Raven said.
