Sean narrowed his eyes and crossed his arms.
"I just wanted to say I was sorry for how I reacted. You're married now and a grown woman and this is a good thing." He managed a half smile.

She smiled, feeling better. She kissed Jimmy's cheek. "I'll pack a bag. We'll come back this weekend to get the rest of my stuff and take it to Sean's--well, I guess our place."

"Yeah our place," Sean smiled at her.
"I'll help help you move some things. Are you going to need any of the furniture?" Jimmy asked. He was actually trying very hard to be nice.

She shook her head. "No, we have everything. I'm sure Maddie'll want my bedroom." She smiled, but then bit her lip. "I--I would like Mama's rocking chair...the one you got her when I was a baby..."

"Well be there in just a minute, Daddy." She smiled at Jimmy, then waited for him to leave and close the door before she threw herself at Sean, jumping up to wrap her legs around his waist and kiss him fiercely.
