"Y-Yeah? I'd love a bagel, and bagels always taste better with company." Sapphy took off her pointe shoes and threw them over her shoulder. "I'd love that," she repeated.

"Alright, good." Raven half smiled at her. "So let's get aquainted..." Rae took off her shoes as well and tossed them into her bag, they were no good anyway, she had to sew new ones tonight.
"Where ya from?" She asked, as she slipped on a pair of black flats and headed for the exit.

"Whoa...so winter's gonna suck for you huh?" She hoisted her bag higher up on her shoulder.
"Local...not the city, but Brooklyn. I live here now with my boyfriend." She shrugged. "I kinda miss Brooklyn though."

Raven laughed, "You wanted to be a cat? That's kind of awesome." She pushed open the door to the coffee shop. "Late again, as always. I could kill him sometimes." She turned to Sapphy, "All I ever wanted was to be a ballerina. Not a dancer, a ballerina. If I don't make it I have no idea what the hell I'm gonna do with my life."

"True..." Raven said and then shrugged, "I do teach for extra cash, 20 three year olds on Wednesday night, it's torture!" She said with a laugh, "But when they have their recital it's totally worth it, they're really cute."

"Yea..." Raven smiled again, "Her name's Sofia...and she's adorable. She totally sucks....she couldn't do first position for the first three weeks and finally when she got it she started squealing and yelling 'Miss Rae! Miss Rae!' while she pointed at her feet. I love her."
