Tristan sighed heavily, "I...she's my daughter and I always said if I had kids I wasn't just gonna let 'em run around without their father to guide 'em. I want to be there, be in her life." He lowered his head. "I'm sorry for how I was...I am."

Nevada looked down, nodding, "I know.....that's why you're so good....you actually want to BE a father," She said, smiling slightly, Nevada just didn't know if she had enough room in her heart for another kid who wasn't hers.

Nevada relaxed against him, "Maybe you can get to know her?" She suggested, though she hoped that meant she didn't have to get to know her either. Maybe it was selfish but she didn't care.

Nevada bristled at the suggestion of Tristan's OTHER daughter meeting her baby, "Lucy?" She asked, wishing she could hole Lucy right then in that very moment.
