Nevada kissed him, pulling him into bed with her. God she was tired but she'd fight it if it meant she got to sleep with her husband.

Hoestly Tristan didn't know if he had the energy either, but he felt like she at least deserved a good screw after having his child and taking care of her...and taking care of a kid that wasn't hers too.
He hovered over her on the bed and kissed her softly.

There was no way this was happening, Tristan had just finally resigned himself to this fact. Instead he cuddled his wife close and let himself drift into a blissful sleep.

Tristan was too tired to even dream, he was in a complete dead sleep, a train could have rushed through the apartment at that moment and Tristan would still have been asleep. The building could blow up and Tristan would be sleeping. A meteor could smash right down on the bed and Tristan still would have slept.
Tristan just fucking slept.

Meanwhile, Wraith, who assumed Tristan and Nevada were having wild and crazy (if very quiet) sex and was trying not to think about it, winced when Lucy opened her eyes and started whimpering. She went through all the tricks she could think of--bouncing her gently, wiggling her fingers and toes, whispering all sorts of nonsense in her ear--and to her great relief, Lucy quieted down and proved willing to snuggle again.
And Wraith just hoped the sex that was so obviously happening would be over before the stew burned.

That's when Mikey began to cry, sounding the alarm that he had officially woken up from his nap and was ready to get out of his crib GOD DAMN IT.
Tristan immediately lurching into a sitting position, eyes wide. He looked down at Nevada and then at himself and then flopped back on the bed. Too tired to fuck...that's when you knew things were going down hill.
