Spot held Sean stiffly for a moment, but remembered Sean was his SON not some random kid. With that thought he relaxed. He held Sean close to him, supporting his head as he bounced and rocked til he started quieting down.
'I did it,' he murmured over to Raven

Raven started to smile, although sleepily. God she was always so tired.
"Yeah you did and thank God," She said softly and then stood up to look at her sleeping son. She kissed Spot's cheek and smiled at him.

'I think he's falling back asleep,' Spot said as Sean yawned and closed his eyes slowly.

"Yep," She whispered and then sighed happily. She glanced out the window where she could just see the sun creeping up into the sky.
((btw Spot's teddy bear is now Sean's LOL))

'I'll put him down again,' he said, walking towards his crib and laying him down gently. Please don't wake again, he thought.

"If he starts to move just give his back a little rub and he'll settle down," Raven responded and then yawned, not moving from the chair. She just couldn't get up.
((I know right! Rae and Race are teaching him poker in another thread and Rae just brought the teddy bear out, THAT would be classic to have Spot walk into LOL))

Spot nodded, easy....that was something he could manage. He moved away from the crib to stand beside Rae, rubbing her head soothingly.

Raven smiled and rested her head back against Spot's stomach, closing her eyes. "It's so quiet..." She said, she had almost forgotten what quiet sounded like.

"getting up is so hard," She whined and let him help her up out of the chair, she wrapped her arms around him and walked back to the bedroom slowly, she yawned again.

Raven immediately crawled in beside him and let him wrap his arm around her, she snuggled up closer and rested her cheek against his chest. She closed her eyes.
"I love when you wanna cuddle," She teased him.
