Tristan finally found it and pulled out the box.
"When I was ten I stole this from some lady and gave it to my sister. When she died I took it back, but never got rid of it." He opened up the box and knelt back down to her, inside was a deep red ruby ring surrounded by a circle of diamonds.
"I think this'll work," He took it out of the box and slipped it on her finger.

Nevada gasped as she saw the ring. It was beautiful.
'Tristan it's gorgeous!' she said as she looked at it on her finger. 'are you sure you wanna give this to me? I mean we could sell it and I can get a band or something!' she said, feeling she didn't deserve something this beautiful and nice

'it's perfect,' she said, secretly happy she was going to keep it. She grabbed him and kissed him deeply.
'I love you,' she said, reaching for his hand and placing it over her stomach. 'we did this,' she said, looking down.

Tristan smiled, "Yea we did..." He kissed her again. He was definitely worried, but maybe that's what this was supposed to feel like a little. Worried, happy, anxious, excited, a bunch of things all rolled into one giant ball."
Tristan wrapped his arms around her as he kissed her and then just held her close.

Nevada smiled, feeling tears all over again, 'sorry my feelings seem to be everywhere right now,' she said with a laugh. She reached over and pulled Mikey close, 'you're gonna be a big brother!'

Mikey squealed, he couldn't help it. She'd made him all excited. He clapped his hands.
Tristan laughed, "Wow buddy." He leaned over and kissed the top of Mikey's head, Mikey leaned against Nevada and looked at his dad, sucking on his fingers.

Nevada ruffled the hair on top of Mikeys head and smiled at Tristan.

Nevada frowned, 'wellll I'm sure there's a girl around here somewhere,' she said with a mischievous grin, 'I should also mention a couple things-now that I'm pregnant you don't have to pull out anymore....and the doctor said I'm gonna be wantin it a lot more.'

Nevada grabbed on to his shirt and returned his kiss, even started unbuttoning his shirt when Mikey reached up and grabbed her chin.
'okay...I forgot where we were,' she said as she looked down at Mikey, 'you my little monkey are a distraction.'

Tristan started laughing, "he's just mad cause he ain't getting any attention." He kissed her again. "Lemme get someone to watch him." Tristan took Mikey from her and went to find a babysitter, usually the girls were pretty willing to take him off their hands for awhile.
