Teddy worked in his office impatiently. He fiddled with his computer, doing absolutely nothing for 45 minutes while Adri's pilates class was going on. He was desperate to see her again, even though he had just seen her...

Face flushed and sweaty, Adri stepped out of the workout room, feeling surprisingly refreshed and better than before. She missed pilates and definitely happy she was able to jump in the class. Figuring it was better to stay in her new workout clothes, Adri grabbed her things and headed over to the front desk, waving at Teddy to come back out.

Teddy smiled and rushed out to see her. He couldn't help but notice that she was absolutely gorgeous post-workout.
"How was it? That instructor is amazing, but of course I think that... I hired her."

"It was fun!" said Adri excitedly. "I haven't done it in a while so it's a nice change. Thanks for signing me up even though it was last minute." She hoped that she didn't look too terrible, especially after working out. Maybe I should've went to the bathroom first...
"Working late?" she asked, stalling for more time to talk to Teddy.

"Hmmm ok," said Adri, a bit disappointed that they couldn't do something right now. "See you around?" She hated to leave, but hey, the guy was at work!

"Yeah." Teddy replied, his voice a bit sad and dejected.
He made a plan in his mind to be really loud with his car door slamming so Adri would look out the window and see when he got home. Was that too much?

"Right... well, uh, bye," said Adri awkwardly as she waved at him before walking out the fitness center.
Once Adri returned home, she made sure to keep herself busy to distract from waiting for Teddy. Not that he cared whether she was waiting for him or not, of course. Opening the refrigerator door to see what she could make for dinner, Adri couldn't help but peek at the window, glancing down at the road to see if Teddy was anywhere near.

Teddy rushed home, even though he kept telling himself there was no need to rush. Adri would probably be busy unpacking or whatnot; she wouldn't even notice when he got home.
That didn't stop him from slamming his car door shut once he parked and got out. He slowly made his way to his apartment, trying desperately not to look over his shoulder at Adri's window.

Adri's ears perked up when she heard Teddy slam his car door shut. Thinking quickly, Adri grabbed her somewhat full trash bag, walked outside her apartment and, finally, closing her door loud enough for Teddy to hear.

Teddy turned around, trying to look surprised. But she was far away enough so it didn't really matter.
"Oh, hey!" He called out, waving over at her.

"Hey!" shouted Adri, waving back at Teddy before throwing away her trash. She tried not to look excited. They just happened to be both on the sidewalk, of course. She stood at the edge of the sidewalk, a bit hesitant about whether she should go over to him or not. "How was the rest of work?"

Teddy looked to his left, right, then left again and ran over to her.
"Fancy seeing you here... Work was work, you know?" He stuffed his hands in his pockets, trying not to smile too widely at seeing her again.

"Yeah..." she nodded, matching his smile. "So, uh, what are you up to now?"
She hoped he wasn't doing anything because she certainly wasn't doing anything either.

Teddy shrugged, hoping he looked nonchalant.
"Not much... Probably just gonna watch some TV... Maybe order some pizza. I don't really know. You?"
