The doctor sighed. "Well, she has moderate to severe pneumonia. We're not sure how bad it is, but it's bad. We'll put her on an IV to get some fluids in her, and we'll give her breathing treatments every few hours so she gets enough oxygen. We'll start treating her with some medicine as soon as possible."
Kathryn tried to remember everything so she could tell her father (so he could know exactly where his money was going).

"What does that mean?" said Specs in confusion. He heard that she had pneumonia but failed to focus on anything else. "Will she be alright?"

"She should recover." The doctor replied, nodding and sounding somewhat confident.

With a glance at Kathryn, the doctor nodded. "Yes, she'll remain here until we're satisfied she's fully recovered."

Specs nodded, glad that Lillian was finally in good hands. They were lucky that Kathryn showed up and if she didn't... well, Specs didn't want to entertain that idea.

After the doctor left, Kathryn stepped up to Ryan.
"You should go home. You look like you need to sleep for a few days."

"Ryan, she'll be fine." She turned to look at Lillian. "Look, she's still sleeping. Go. If she wakes up, I'll tell her you were here and that you're coming back."

"You'll really stay here?" he said, sounding much like a five year old. He disliked leaving Tag alone when she wasn't feeling well, especially now when she's in the hospital. "You'll let me know when she wakes up?"

Realizing how tired he was, Specs nodded. He made his way towards Tag, gently pushing back her hair before leaving a kiss on her cheek. "Come back soon," he said quietly, lingering for a bit before nodding goodbye at Kathryn as he left the room.
