He let out a deep moan, fingers digging into her skin. He felt her tighten around him, slamming into her twice more before letting himself go, releasing into her.
As his head came down to join the rest of his body, he clung to her. His breath was shallow as he pressed a kiss to her shoulder.

Kathryn's entire body went limp as she was pushed over the edge, her chest rising and falling as she breathed deeply. She lazily brought a hand up to stroke Tyler's hair while her lips nibbled at his ear lobe.

He chuckled low in his throat, rolling off her long enough to dispose of the condom. He tugged her against him, spooning her from behind, pressing kisses to the back of her neck. He grabbed the comforter from the edge of the bed and pulled it over them. He laid with her, quiet for several moments, then tilted her chin towards him with his fingers. "Well, hi, there, Sugar." He smiled at her lazily.

"Hi," she responded quietly, smiling back at him. She tangled her legs with his as she cuddled more into his embrace, her heart starting to calm down.

He arched behind her, wrapping strong arms around her. He chuckled, kissing her lips. "We shoulda been doin' this for years." He smirked a little, winking at her playfully. "Almost tried it after prom, but I chickened out."

Tyler laughed, nuzzling into the crook of her neck. "Yeah, seriously. Kept a condom in my wallet and everything. Got scared you'd hate me if I tried anything, so I didn't. Then we got drunk at the after party and I'm glad we never did." He kised her lips, letting them linger. "I'm glad our first time was better than anything I coulda given ya at sevnteen."

"Me, too," she replied, chuckling at the thought of them at prom. It was certainly a crazy night, but she was also glad they hadn't done anything then.
Her laughter faded as the memories did, and she started thinking about the present. "So... What happens now?"

He sighed a little, knowing full well he had to face reality eventually. "Well, tomorrow I go to Sherry's and tell 'er the weddin's off. She'll be pissed, and I'll feel like a first-rate jerk, but ain't no helpin' that. Then...then, it's just you an' me. If you'll have me, a' course..." He kissed her again. It was like he couldn't get enough of her.

"Tyler, come on. You can't possibly be questioning that anymore. Of course I'll have you," she said quietly before leaning in to kiss him again. When she pulled back, she caught a glance of the clock on his night stand. It was late, and Victoria was probably worrying about her.
"I'll be right back," she told him before slipping out of bed and rummaging around for her things.

He rolled onto his back, hands behind his head, watching her. He admired her with a rather dopey grin on his face. "Ya look good naked, Sugar. Shoulda' gotten ya that way sooner." He sent her a mischevious wink, amused ad pleased with himself.

Kathryn promptly found his boxers and threw them at him, her throw hard and her aim quite accurate. She quickly found his bathrobe hanging on his bathroom door and put it on. She wasn't normally this shy, but something about Tyler made her blush more than usual.
After finding her phone, she texted Victoria, telling her she wouldn't be home 'til tomorrow. She then went into the bathroom to brush her teeth.

Tyler laughed fully at that, getting out of bed. He pulled on the boxers and made his way to th bathroom. He stood behind her, sliding his arms around her waist and leaning down to kiss her neck, humming against her skin, low in his throat.

Kathryn's mind was filled with thoughts of Sherry and the cancelled wedding and how everything had changed tonight. She was gazing distractedly into the mirror as she brushed her teeth.
