She gave him a soft look, afraid she might cry again, but she reined it in. "I promise, things will probably go wrong. But as long as we're together, and we're honest with each other...we'll make it work, Sebastian." She smirked. "Besides. I kinda like the idea of you in a suit." She leaned in, grinning, and kissed him.

[Goblin]

He returned the smirk as well as the kiss. "I think it's the church part you should be worried about. I'm kind of expecting to burst into flames when I walk in the door."

That made her laugh, and she laid back on the couch, looking up at him, legs across his lap. "You'll survive, I'm sure. I've been praying for your immortal soul for six years, I'm sure that counts for something."

He thought of the dead cop, the dead warden, a whole lot of dead gang members, and premarital relations with two different girls. One of whom turned out to be kind of evil. "Let's hope."

She saw the look on his face, and knew what he was thinking. She sighed, sitting up and wrapping her arms around his shoulders, resting her cheek against the side of his arm. "Sebastian, everything you've ever done was for the greater good."

"Except Riddle," he agreed with a slight smirk. Well, sort of agreed. He didn't really know how one defined 'the greater good.' Unless it was Maggie's cupcakes. He swallowed the last bite and wrapped his arms around her.

She sighed. "Well, we've all made mistakes." She snuggled against him, biting her lip. "I can't believe I ever gave you up..."
