They spent nearly the whole day out riding, and the next few days waiting for their guests to show up.

Once the men arrived jimmy showed them into the parlor where rose was waiting.
"Gentleman, I must warn you that my cousin has no idea that we've invited anyone here, let alone anyone to court her," he said
"this should be interesting," Jimmy's candidate said.
