She put her dress back on before curling against him, kissing his shoulder. "I guess you were worth waitin' for, huh. Still can't believe ya shot me down that first day, though."

A few hours later, Eli had drifted off himself, but woke up immediately when the train jerked to a stop. Trixie was still sleeping but he heard a couple of the railman say that they were in Jacksonville, FL. Holy crap, they must have slept longer than he realized.
"Trixie. Wake up." He said, shaking her away and beginning to load food into a bag. He quickly opened up the train doors.

"Jump," He ordered, himself jumping out of the freight train. He held his arms out for her. The sun was beginning to rise and Eli did not want to get caught- luckily it looked like they were near the town.
